MTM a well known from Germany has released the details of its custom Spyker C8 Double 12 S. The C8 Double 12 S is the road-going version of the Spyker C8 Double 12 R which is a race car that competes in the 24 Hour Le Mans.An Audi 4.2 liter V8 engine that capable to produce 400ps or optional 600ps is equipped to the car. The top speed is either 300 km/h (186 mph) or 345 km/h (214 mph). With the installation of a supercharger which costs 40,000 Euros, the MTM Spyker C8 Double 12 S could produce 500 hp (368 kW).
The MTM Spyker C8 Double 12 S has a longer wheelbase compared to the Spyker C8 Spyder and comes with a glass roof just like the Spyker C8 Laviolette and 100 liters fuel tank instead of the 75 liters. Spyker produced only 14 units of the C8 Double 12 S and MTM managed to modified 4 units of them.
