Novitec Rosso Tweaks the Ferrari 599 GTB

NOVITEC Rosso presents a new performance kit that gets back to basics. Gains for the V12 engine have been modest, with power only going up by 29kW (40hp). In its standard form the car's 6.0-litre puts out 456kW (620hp) which has been increased to 485kW (660hp). Nevertheless the tuner has attempted to make up for the shortcoming by instilling an extensive styling programme.

There's also a Novitec Rosso sport suspension that not only allows both ride height and damper rates to be set according to each driver's individual preferences but also features a system that raises the nose of the car by just 40mm or 1.5 inches at the push of a button to safely overcome speed bumps and driveway ramps.

Exterior mods include a front lip spoiler, new rocker panels with larger air vents, a not-so-discreet rear wing and a rear diffuser plus black taillights, side markers and auxiliary brake light as well as the new LED rear fog lights.

The double-spoke 20-inch and 21-inch wheels come wrapped in 275/30 ZR 20 or 355/25 ZR 21 Pirelli high-performance tyres respectively. They can be bought in different colour combinations.

The car is fitted with newly designed 20 inch alloy wheels wrapped in high-performance tires while there's also a more aggressive front grille and new chromed tail pipes that promise to deliver a throatier exhaust sound. Besides that, a modified magnetorheological damper settings for improved body control while the 599 GTB's interior has been enhanced with sportier seats embroidered with the words "Handling GTE" and plenty of carbon-fibre trim.
