HAMANN Imperator Widebody based on Bentley Continental GT Speed

Hamann has released the performance upgrades designed for the Bentley Continental GT and GT Speed. The sixteen-piece body kit includes a revised front bumper with the latest in LED daytime running light fashion, side skirts and fender flares with vents, and a new rear bumper, diffuser and spoiler. A choice of Hamann-designed wheels is available; 21 x 10.5 inch, or a set of even larger 22-inchers that are 10.5 inches wide at the front and 11 at the rear.

For the performance, ECU upgrade and a new exhaust with high flow catalytic converters, an x-pipe and new mufflers. All these help to boost the power to 650hp and 612 lb-ft. A revised control unit for the Bentley's air suspension is part of the package as well, allowing the Imperator to be lowered 30mm up front and 20mm at the rear for a more race-ready look.

The interior is offered with clear-coated carbon fiber trim, of course, as well as aluminum pedals and a sport steering wheel.

Hamann provide upgrade kit for Bentley GT and GT Speed

Hamann is well known for its work with BMW's machines but now they started to goes for other which is upgrading the Bentley Continental GT and GT Speed. However the details of the upgrade kit have not reveal yet but Hamann has released four photos for it.

From the photos we can see an upgraded aero kit along the lower edge of the car including dramatic intake scoops below the headlights, a lowering job which suggests re-tuned springs and dampers for improved handling. A set of new 22 inch alloy wheels with black spokes and polished lip is fitted to the car as well.

Expect power upgrades to go along with the aerodynamic and handling modifications, though with the GT Speed already generating a heady 600bhp (441kW) and 750Nm (553ft-lb) of torque, adding to those figures will require some special work. The Continental GT line is no stranger to modification, however, so there is potential for more to be done.

For the interior, the modded Bentleys get a custom leather and white carbon fiber treatment to replace the typical wood accents. Hamann logos and special red piping complement the various interior elements as well, though whether it comes off as an upgrade to the already opulent original interior will remain to be seen in high-resolution photos.
