Ferrari GT California

Finally, the first three official images of Ferrari’s latest model dubbed Ferrari GT California has just been released on the internet.

The Ferrari GT California will be available as a convertible and will feature several new features for Ferrari such as the new automatic folding hard top, mid-front engine mounted and a dual-clutch technology.

A 4.3-liter V8 engine with direct injection and a “flat” crankshaft design producing 460 hp at 7,500 rpm is powered for the Ferrari GT California. The car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 4 seconds with CO2 emission of c.310 g/km.

The GT California will be the first Ferrari to be equipped with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, a new multilink rear suspension system, the F1-Trac traction control system that debuted in the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano and carbon-ceramic material brake discs. Both the chassis and bodywork are made of aluminum.

On the interior, the car features new accessories and equipment, such as the seats, steering wheel, instrument panel and infotainment system.

The Ferrari GT California will be officially unveiled to the public at the 2008 Paris Motor Show in October.
